If you have any questions or would like to know exactly what information we hold about you, please contact Vredo B.V.

Your account
For certain parts of our website you must register first. You will need to provide information about yourself and choose a username. We will then create an account into which you can log in with that username and password.

We use your name and address details and e-mail address for this. We do this on the basis of your permission. We store this information until you cancel the account.

This information is stored so you do not have to enter it each time and so we can contact you more easily, should you need assistance on the website.

Order handling
When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to process it correctly. We may forward your personal data to our delivery service to have the order delivered to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company.

For this, we use your name and address details, billing address, e-mail address and payment details. We need this because of the contract we conclude with you. We store this information until your order has been completed. We store certain customer data for a longer period in connection with the statutory obligation to retain data for tax purposes.

Contact form
You can ask us questions or submit requests using the contact form.

We use your name and address details and e-mail address for this. We do this on the basis of your permission. We keep this information until we are sure that you are satisfied with our response.

We keep statistics about the use of our website. We use these statistics to improve our website, for example, to only show relevant information. We may combine your personal data to learn more about you. Of course, we will respect your privacy at all times.

We use your IP address for this. We have a legitimate interest in doing so. We store this information for three months.

Disclosure to third parties
We work with certain companies that may receive your personal data as referred to above from us, so we can offer you customized offers.

Advertising
We would like to send you advertisements about offers and new products or services. We do this:

  • by normal post
  • by e-mail
  • via social media

You can object to this advertising at any time. Each letter explains how to do this. And each e-mail contains an unsubscribe link. You can block us or use the unsubscribe option.

Disclosure to other companies or institutions
With the exception of the parties referred to above, we do not disclose your personal data to other companies or institutions under any circumstances, unless we are legally obliged to do so (for example, if the police require this in the event of a suspected crime).

Statistics
We keep statistics about the use of our website.

Our website includes social media buttons. The administrators of these services collect your personal data.

Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to track how visitors use our website. We have concluded a processing agreement with Google. This contains strict agreements about what they are allowed to track. We allow Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services. We do not allow Google to anonymize the IP addresses.

Security
Security of personal data is of paramount importance to us. To protect your privacy, we take the following measures:

  • We use secure connections (Secure Sockets Layer or SSL) that protect all information between you and our website when you enter personal data.

Changes to this privacy statement
When our website changes, we must of course also adjust this privacy statement. So regularly check the above date to see if new versions are available. We always aim to notify you of any changes.
